Mookaite (also spelled Mookite or Mook Jasper) is a uniquely Australian gemstone found only in the Kennedy Ranges near Mooka Creek in Western Australia. It is a form of radiolarite — a sedimentary rock composed of the silicified remains of microscopic marine organisms called radiolaria. Its stunning palette of deep reds, bright yellows, purples, creams and everything in between makes each piece a natural work of art.
