Jade has a Mohs hardness of 6–7 and is an exceptionally tough crystal that can be safely cleaned with lukewarm water and gentle soap. Dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes. Store in a soft pouch to maintain its polish.
